payment terms

Web Design
Once we have discussed your requirements and a price has been agreed, we will normally require 40% of the initial project price so our designers and developers can make a start on the project.

The rest of the 60% will be payable on delivery of the final project.

Print
We will require 100% of the printing invoice before we can send to our printers. This is simply because our printers require 100% payment from us.

Hosting
Before we can setup your hosting account we will require a full yearly payment in advance.

Graphic Design
This is payable once you are happy with your final designs.

Maintenance
This will depend on the kind of maintenance contract you have. This could be hourly, daily, monthly or on a yearly basis.
